Adopted by Tammy and Eric, October 2017
Juniper was born on the 4th of July in 2017 in my living room along with her 9 other siblings. When all of the puppies we about 4 weeks old Juniper was selected to be apart of the 2018 puppy bowl. As all of the puppies were adopted into their new homes, Juniper stayed with my family and I awaiting her big debut. At nearly 4 months old we were trying to find any friends of ours that were looking for a new dog so that we could keep Juni local.
Tammy and Eric were initially going to adopt one of Juniper’s sisters but decided that they felt the timing might not be right. Just a couple days before Juniper was due to go up for adoption a house in our neighborhood was lost in a fire. This was where Tammy and Eric saw us with Juniper realizing we still had one puppy left with us. After witnessing this fire costing one of their neighbors their home they realized that “life is too short to wait for some things.” and with only a night or two to sleep on it, Tammy and Eric met Juniper at the shelter the following morning to welcome her into their home. “Juniper stole our hearts, and from the first night she spent with us she has been nothing but an added bonus to our life!” “She shows us every day how grateful and happy she is to be with us. There’s no shortage ever of her cheerful mood, eagerness to please and endless entertainment to make us laugh.”
